It was completely renovated in 2015 and is located just 1 km from the gates of the small artists' town. The weekly market of Arta (every Tuesday) is considered one of the most beautiful on the island and can even be reached on foot in around 15 minutes. You can also quickly reach the really good shopping and restaurant options in the local coastal community or the natural sandy beaches in the region. The finca is bright and modern and offers space for 8 people in 4 bedrooms. A particular highlight is the huge terrace surrounding the pool with barbecue, sun loungers, covered terrace and a number of children's toys.

Artà also offers some of the most beautiful natural sandy beaches, above all “Cala Torta” and “Cala Mitjana”. And if you want to have a little more fun, you can go out for dinner in the evening in Cala Ratjada directly on the harbor promenade.
