I'm Ralf and most people know me as the founder and long-standing owner of Fincallorca, the largest provider of holiday fincas on Mallorca at the time. Incidentally, the founding of Fincallorca started with the purchase of my first own finca ‘Es Garrovers’ in Arta. In 2019, my business partners and I finally sold the very successful company so that I could fully concentrate on buying more of my own fincas and, above all, on the guest service of my private customers.

Loyalty to the island and its wonderful people

The small website https://www.ralfsfincas.com was launched in 2019 in the wake of this, where I exclusively marketed my own properties (‘Es Garrovers’, ‘Son Buc’, ‘Ocean View’ and the pretty cool ‘Takatuka Beach House’ - the last one exclusively for stays of 30 nights or more). So even after selling Fincallorca, I have remained loyal to the most beautiful island in the world and its wonderful fincas and their owners. In many cases, deep friendships have developed with finca owners.

Personal, authentic, unique

And it was not least these friendships that proactively encouraged me to launch a new agency. And what could be more obvious than to use ralfsfincas for this and thus, more than ever, to give the company an absolutely personal touch. In this respect, ralfsfincas stands for 100% hand-picked fincas from my own close and extended circle of friends. I know every finca offered here personally, usually for many years, and maintain very close contacts with some of the owners. The advisory expertise of my team is therefore above average, because unlike the ‘big players in the industry’, we know what we are selling. We know the fincas, the infrastructure in the neighbourhood, the beaches that can be reached from there and much more. And we know the owners. So we can even pass on your individual travel wishes and make your holiday on Mallorca simply perfect. And perhaps best of all, we don't charge any hidden costs such as service fees etc., making us one of the cheapest providers on Mallorca.
