The beaches of the local coastal community, which are among the most beautiful in Mallorca, are also within easy reach by car.

About the Location "Artà"
This finca has a very special panoramic location. In fact, it is not located “in” the green hills of Artà, the beautiful coastal municipality in the north-east of Mallorca, but “on” one of these very hills. The elevated position makes it possible to let your gaze wander far, far into the distance. The view also extends to the small private wine-growing area that belongs to the finca. You should definitely try a bottle of wine at the finca. For shopping, eating out and strolling, you can either go to the neighboring town of Artà or to the harbour promenade of Cala Ratjada. There are 4 golf courses in the immediate vicinity and a number of small, sometimes completely undeveloped sandy bays (such as “Cala Torta” or “Cala Mitjana”).
