About the Location "Artà"

The hills in the east of Mallorca (the “Llevant” region) are gentle and green and partly wooded. In the middle of this tranquil Mediterranean landscape lies the finca “Es Rafal”, perched on a small table mountain. The plot of the house is therefore characterized by a large plain with a well-kept lawn, from which a fabulous all-round view is possible. The finca is just a few minutes' drive from 4 golf courses, the closest of which is the particularly beautiful Pula Golf Course, which also has a restaurant serving good international cuisine. We also recommend the beach bar “Playa” on the nearby beach. The best place to eat is the nearest village, Son Servera. There are bakeries, banks, a large supermarket and even a well-stocked drugstore (Müller).
