The villa “Vent” is wonderfully elevated in the east of Mallorca and offers fantastic views as well as a 4000 m² vineyard. The quiet, secluded location guarantees relaxation. The well-tended garden leads to the impressive pool area (with infinity pool), which is slightly lower and can be reached via a wide staircase. Wooden terraces at the ends of the pool offer space for sun loungers. From here, you can enjoy the sweeping views as far as the Mediterranean. A sauna on the slope and an outdoor shower provide additional relaxation, especially in the cooler months.

The spacious terrace surrounds almost the entire house and offers numerous places to relax, whether in the sun, in the shade or in a hammock. The covered main terrace with a large table invites you to enjoy meals or relaxing moments. Two additional seating areas, including a covered seating area, are also available. A modern gas barbecue makes it easy to cook outdoors.

Inside, the house has an open floor plan. A staircase leads from the entrance area with guest WC to the upper floor. The first floor is flooded with light thanks to the many windows. A modern fireplace creates an elegant atmosphere in the living room. A living area and an armchair offer comfort, both for relaxing and watching TV. The adjoining kitchen is stylishly designed, well equipped and has a large dining table.

On the upper floor, there are spacious bedrooms with high-quality furniture to ensure a restful night's sleep. Each bedroom has its own luxuriously appointed bathroom with fine materials and large mirrors.
