“Es Voltor” is Mallorcan and means ‘the eagle’, to which this great, large, family and child-friendly finca owes its name. It is a well-maintained property with a pool, pool house, pool lounge and large lawns for the little ones to play and run around. There is even a lookout tower in the garden and a magnificent pillar with a perched eagle (see photos of the garden). The pool is fenced off and safe for children. The finca is not only exceptional on the outside, but is also very well equipped on the inside. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Children are very welcome here.

About the Location "Artà"
This finca has a very special location near Artà, one of the most beautiful coastal communities on the island. On the one hand, the property is only just over 1 km from the edge of the village, so that errands can be done quickly; on the other hand, the house is already in the countryside and thus offers a correspondingly natural environment. Due to its proximity to Artà, even the great weekly market (always on Tuesdays) and the many restaurants on the promenade are within easy reach. Due to its location on a peninsula, the local coastline offers some of the most beautiful natural sandy beaches in the whole of Mallorca.
